Jeff has been a member of Impact Martial Arts since 2017. He has over 9 years of experience in multiple martial arts disciplines including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, and Kickboxing. He is a Purple Belt in Team Rodrigo Vaghi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Jeff has experience in competition in both MMA and Judo. Jeff is the Lead Coach of the 5:30 am BJJ sessions.
