Our Functional Strength and Mobility classes emphasizes improvement in movement patterns and enhancing the range of motion in our joints, all while building strength.
Our focus on mobility focused on both flexibility and stability of the body. It involves coordinating multiple joints, muscles, and body segments to perform movements as effective as possible.
Each session is split into two parts, a focus on mobility to stretch and get the body moving, followed by our functional strength and conditioning. Our strength and conditioning includes everything from body weight exercises to kettlebells.
Everyone works at their own speed, but in a classroom dynamic where everyone trains together. The class allows participants to strengthen their bodies to further minimize the risks of injuries associated with martial arts and combat training.
